YOUR ROOT PROFILE
The rules underneath.
Food rules and old patterns are doing a lot of quiet work in your life. The first step is not more discipline. It is learning to see those patterns clearly, so you can begin rebuilding trust with your body.
Your practice this week
Once a day, notice one food rule as it shows up. Write it down without judging it. Simply name it.

YOUR ROOT PROFILE
How you see yourself.
The way you speak to yourself about your body is shaping how you eat, move, and live. You do not have to love your body to honor it. Respect comes first, and it can be practiced.

Each morning, name one thing your body did for you yesterday. Function before appearance.

Meet Dr. Dre
Where nutrition meets health psychology.
I'm Dr. Dre Szebeni, a Registered Dietitian with a Doctorate in Health Psychology. For more than 15 years, I have worked alongside Olympic and professional athletes, people in eating disorder recovery, and anyone tired of fighting their own body. What I have learned is simple: the plate is rarely the problem. What lies underneath is. Rooted Honor brings that work to you, so you can begin right where you are.
How the Method Works
Root. Honor. Rise.
Two disciplines. One root. Rooted Honor treats the mind and the body together, from the start.
I. Root
Recognize your patterns. Notice the rules and beliefs quietly driving your choices.
II. Honor
Respect your body and your needs. Honor is a practice, not a feeling, and every choice builds trust.
III. Rise
Grow into lasting change. Keep the practice going every day, so the change becomes the way you live.
