These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rooted Honor website and every purchase you make from it. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Rooted Honor. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational purpose
Rooted Honor products are created by Dr. Dre Szebeni, PsyD, RD, and are designed for education and personal reflection. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a qualified health professional. Using our products does not create a provider and patient relationship.
If you are living with an eating disorder or another medical or mental health condition, please use these materials alongside care from your own physician, therapist or Registered Dietitian. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States, or call 911.
2. Your personal license
When you buy a workbook, guided journal or collection, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may print it for your own use. You may not share, copy, resell, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
3. Professional license
Each Professional Companion Guide is licensed to one clinician or coach for use with their own clients.
- You may print individual worksheets for in-session use with your own clients.
- When you run the full program, each participant needs their own copy of the matching client workbook. Workbooks may not be shared, photocopied for groups or resold.
- You may not resell, rebrand or republish any Guide, or present it as your own work.
- Licensing for teams of up to 10 clinicians is available. Email info@rootedhonor.com to arrange it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, worksheets, frameworks, the Rooted Honor Method, logos and artwork, belongs to Rooted Honor and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
5. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed in error. Digital products are delivered by download link after payment. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States.
8. Changes and contact
