Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Rooted Honor. Please read this policy before you purchase.
Digital products
All Rooted Honor workbooks, guided journals, Professional Companion Guides and collections are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it is delivered, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits toward other products on digital purchases.
Collection pricing applies only when every item in the collection is purchased together in one order.
When we will make it right
We will gladly help in these situations:
- Your file will not open or is incomplete. Email us and we will send a working copy right away.
- You were charged twice for the same item by mistake. Email us within 14 days of the order and we will refund the duplicate charge.
- You did not receive your download link. Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will resend it.
Paperback books
If a paperback arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement copy at no cost to you. Paperbacks in good condition are not eligible for return.
